How to Buy
If you're an end customer placing an order for your organization, our websites provide you with easy access to high-quality promotional products—and to knowledgeable promotional products distributors. If you're an authorized promotional products distributor, our websites make placing orders for your customers both easy and fast. Whether you're an end customer or a distributor, we've made ordering promotional products easier than ever before!
Use the menus on the top and left of the page to browse by product category, business need, theme or industry. You can also search for a specific product using the search box in the upper-left corner or by clicking "Advanced Search".
When you find a product you'd like to order, simply click "Add to Cart" on the product page. Next, you'll enter the product quantities and then select the item color, imprint type, imprint color, imprint location and proof options for your order as well as upload artwork and leave any notes.
After you've configured your product, you can either check out or you can continue to browse products. Your shopping cart stays loaded as you travel from site to site, eliminating the need to place separate orders with each brand!
You can also save products for future purchases using the handy "Saved Items" briefcase found at the bottom of the page. This tool travels from site to site and can be maximized or minimized depending on your preference. Note that you must be logged in to utilize this tool.
Before check out, our system will verify that your products are in stock. In the event that an item is not available, we will provide you with its availability date as well as the availability dates for alternate colors.
You can also check the availability of an item before you add it to your cart. A "Check Inventory" button is conveniently located next to the "Add to Cart" button on each product page.
If you're an end customer, your order will be placed through a knowledgeable promotional products distributor whose expertise will ensure that no detail goes overlooked. You will need to create an account to place your order; registration is free and takes only minutes to complete. During the registration process, you will be required to select a promotional products distributor to place your order through. If you don't already have a distributor, you'll have the opportunity to either select one yourself or have us assign one for you. After your order is placed online, your preferred promotional products distributor will facilitate you offline to further discuss the personalized nature of your order.
If you're an authorized promotional products distributor, you're able to place orders for your customers through our websites. Like end customers, you will also need to create an account and, as always, registration is free and takes only minutes to complete. During the registration process, you will be required to identify yourself as a distributor and provide your ASI number, PPAI number or UPIC.
