A Partnership for Better Branding

Your brand, our products. At Toppers, we consider each and every customer as our partner in the growth and support of proven branding solutions. Our experience has allowed us to develop successful policies and procedures—assuring we consistently serve our customers, and the industry, with excellence.

Blank Products

  • Orders for blank merchandise at catalog quantities and prices placed by 4pm EST will be shipped the same day (orders placed after 4pm EST will be shipped the following business day).
  • Orders will be shipped via UPS only.
  • Next-day and second-day air shipments are available upon request.
  • If the selected item is unavailable, Toppers will either upgrade your order to the next higher-priced item, or offer the same product in another color.
  • Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance.
  • Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), insertions or other special handling.
  • Toppers is not responsible for any delay in the delivery or shipment of goods, or for any damages suffered by reason of such delay.

Gift Boxes

Blank gift boxes for designated items in the catalog will be included at no additional charge. Similar gift boxes are available to purchase with other items where they are not included.

Rush Service

For orders outside of our 24-in-24TM shipping program (see below), rush shipping is accepted based on availability of production capacity. Additional charges may apply. Contact factory with your request.

24-in-24TM

  • Complete order, including vector-based electronic artwork must be received before 1:00pm EST.
  • Orders must be faxed to 1-877-924-4624 or emailed to 24in24@toppersllc.com with artwork.
  • All artwork must be sent to 24in24@toppersllc.com.
  • 24-in-24TM and Promo Code LK must be designated on the order and in artwork submission.
  • Artwork e-mail must state: distributor name, contact name and phone number, purchase order number, item number(s), PMS color, format used.
  • 24-in-24TM service is available only on the following items at published catalog quantities and prices with 1-color, 1-location screen print in standard locations only.   • 24-in-24 timeline begins upon order confirmation/resolution, approved artwork & credit, and approval of proof if applicable.
  • Proofs will not be provided unless requested. If requested, proof will be returned by 3pm and must be approved by 5pm on the same day as order submission.
  • Maximum of three drop ships only.
  • If the item you select is unavailable, Toppers will either upgrade your order to the next higher-priced item, or offer the same product in another color.
  • Orders are subject to credit approval prior to acceptance.
  • UPS is recommended. Custom carriers may be used. Please note: carrier’s availability for pick-up may impact lead times, and therefore, delivery date cannot be guaranteed.
  • Call for lead times for large quantities (over catalog end quantity), insertions or other special handling.
  • If received in accordance with the parameters listed above, the order will ship the next business day.
  • Toppers is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, or shipping carrier.

Production Proofs

  • Required on all orders over $1000.00.
  • Shipped and billed for 1-day service, unless otherwise notified.
  • Must be approved same day of receipt to avoid production delays.
  • Changes to actual proof are subject to additional costs and new lead times.

Services

  • Insertions: $0.50 (G) per item (decorated orders only).
  • Hang tag removal: $0.15 (G) each item.
  • Polybag repacking: $0.35 (G) each item.

Product Warranties

  • All Toppers products are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of 1 year from the invoice date.
  • Defective products may be returned for credit or replacement.
  • Decorated products returned within 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and redecorated with original logo free of charge.
  • Decorated products returned after 30 days of invoice date will be replaced and returned blank.
  • Warranty does not apply to products decorated by someone other than Toppers.

Pricing

  • Piece: individual items.
  • Case: applies to same style and color in solid cases.
  • For quantities above EQP, please call for a quote.
  • Discontinued colors are available at reduced pricing; please call for availability and quote.
  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

Inventory

  • Toppers guarantees availability of stock up to EQP quantities as indicated in this catalog. If unavailable, Toppers either upgrades your order to the next higher-priced item, or offers the same product in another color.

Orders

  • The following must be confirmed in writing: decorated orders, changes to blank or decorated orders, reorders. Please also include previous invoice number, date and decorating number.
  • Changes to your order may result in changes to the original ship date.

Cancellations

  • All cancellations must be in writing; verbal cancellations will not be accepted.
  • Blank or decorated orders cancelled during production will be charged at the cost of material and labor expended to date, including shipping costs.

Dies & Screens

  • Toppers holds all dies and screens for 13 months following their last use.
  • Reorders placed after 13 months incur new set-up costs and lead times.

Returns & Claims

  • All returns must be made within 30 days of shipment and include a Toppers return authorization number.
  • Returns not due to a Toppers error incur a restocking fee equal to 15% of the purchase price plus any shipping costs.
  • Refused shipments not due to a Toppers error incur a restocking fee equal to 25% of the purchase price plus any freight charges.
  • Charges are posted to the customer’s current balance.
  • Once items are decorated, no returns will be accepted.
  • All boxes containing blank items must be inspected and verified as the correct product ordered before decorating.
  • For third parties, it is the decorator’s responsibility to verify shipments.

Disclaimer Policy

  • 100% cotton fabric colors are not guaranteed to be colorfast.
  • Due to variances of materials and other circumstances beyond our control, Toppers cannot guarantee continuity of shade, color, size, texture or construction of finished goods from lot to lot.
  • Due to manufacturing tolerances, all dimensions have acceptable variations of 1/2".
  • Toppers is not liable for delays due to acts of God, material shortages, shipping or Customs interventions.

Photography

  • Colors may not be representative of true product colors.
  • All logos are pictured to show our decorating reproduction ability only, and do not represent advertisements, endorsements, sponsorships or products for sale to anyone other than the parties expressly authorized by the owner of such logos and designs.

Delivery

  • F.O.B. Largo, FL 33777
  • Handling charge: $3.75 (G) per order.
  • Shipping: To the best of our ability, Toppers will use the most economical shipping method, unless a specific carrier is requested.
  • Over- And Under-Runs: Factory reserves the right to ship orders +/- 5% of specified quantity. Add $50.00(G) for exact quantity.
  • Multiple drop shipments charges: $3.75 (G) per location plus insurance and freight.
  • C.O.D. shipments: subject to prevailing rates plus insurance and freight.

Authorization

When you place an order with Toppers, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to order, purchase, and distribute Toppers products with the names, trademarks, copyrights, logos, etc., specified on your order. You also consent to indemnify, defend, and absolve Toppers and its affiliates and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities, and expenses. This will include legal fees arising out of or related to any actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any copyright, trademark, or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This directive will remain in effect after delivery of your merchandise.
